Our experienced nurses can provide services in-person, by phone or video conferencing. We have professional, personal and lived experience of the care involved with high intensity and complex disability needs and the impact on everyday life. ​

We can provide support over most of Brisbane, Ipswich, Logan and Gold Coast regions.

Kids Nurse at Home offers specialist clinical support for both Children and Adults. We are based in the Brisbane/Ipswich region however with video conferencing are not limited by either your, or our location! NDIS funding can be utilised from Core or Capacity Building funding. Some individuals may not be eligible for services funded under health related disability needs however we can explore what options there might be from funding you already have approved!

On a personal note: Whilst our service was initially started with a Paediatric Nursing focus – hence the ‘Kids Nurse at Home’ naming… our Nurse at Home supports really do focus on..
